1. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We strive to ship as quickly as possible; however, shipping delays may occur due to customs inspections, international transit, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Deliveries to rural or remote areas may take longer than expected.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Order Cutoff Time:

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM (China Standard Time) on a business day will be processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST or on non-business days will be processed on the next available business day.

Processing includes:

  • Careful inspection of each item

  • Secure packaging to prevent damage during international transit

During peak periods, such as holidays or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer. Once your order is ready for shipment, a confirmation email will be sent with tracking details.

3. Shipping Destinations

Deliverable Areas:

  • Continental United States (48 contiguous states)

Non-Deliverable Areas:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • Puerto Rico

  • U.S. minor islands and territories

  • APO/FPO/DPO or military addresses

4. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 14–17 business days after the order has been shipped (from China to U.S. mainland)

Possible Delays:

  • Customs inspections or clearance delays
  • Public holidays
  • Flight delays or logistical disruptions
  • Severe weather or other force majeure events

We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors, but we will assist with tracking inquiries whenever possible.

5. Shipping Fees

  • Orders from $0.01 to $59.99: $9.99 standard shipping

  • Orders $60.00 and above: free standard shipping within the continental U.S.

  • Expedited Shipping (Optional): $15.99

No additional handling fees are charged at checkout.

6. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the U.S. are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • These charges must be paid upon delivery and are not collected or set by HAINANS.

  • We recommend checking import regulations before placing an order to anticipate potential fees.

7. Packaging & Handling

  • All orders are securely packaged to prevent damage during international transit.

  • Fragile items are padded for extra protection.

  • Packages are clearly labeled for accurate delivery.

  • Customers should inspect shipments upon receipt and report any visible damage immediately.

8. Delivery Instructions & Address Accuracy

  • Provide a complete shipping address, including apartment or unit numbers.

  • If a shipment is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, additional reshipping fees may apply.

  • Ensure someone is available to receive the package at the provided address.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to location or external factors.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and shipping information.

  • Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer when the product is handed over to the shipping carrier.

  • HAINANS only offers product sales services within the United States; sales to other countries are not supported.
